My name is Anita and I am a Qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and NLP Practitioner specialising in Relationship Well-Being.
My background as a divorce lawyer has given me valuable insight and experiences to support people emotionally, mediate within their relationships and manage their separation. I left law to follow my passion in pursuing Relationship Therapy within a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy framework.
I am a speaker at various relationship forums and events including The Hilton London Olympia Divorce Fair; as well as having published articles in Europes largest advice and support website.
Using a range of proven techniques and tools to look within, I work with clients all over the world-online, and in-person, to consider their attachment style, communication problems, relationship patterns and self-respecting boundaries. Combining this with Hypnotherapy has helped clients to release the unconscious blocks that keeps them stuck, unhappy and repeating negative patterns again and again.

Hypnotherapy is not like what you see on films, or a swinging watch!
It’s a kind of guided meditation allowing you to delve into your subconscious and think about your triggers, feelings and emotions which become apparent in your everyday life, either in actions or behaviours. There is a CBT element to this practice which is what you take with you when you leave a session - this has been the most effective part in helping me to stop my addictive habit of biting my nails and I continue not to bite!
MS M.LI came to see Anita for sleep problems but uncovered overthinking, fear of judgement and perfectionist habits, that I was completely unaware of, but was affecting my whole life.
